Over three years at Net Health, I worked across enterprise healthcare products serving clinicians, administrators, patients, and Medicaid programs.
These case studies highlight three different facets of that work: end-to-end product design, patient engagement, and scalable design systems. Each project addressed different problems, but they shared a common focus on simplifying complex workflows through scalable systems and thoughtful interaction design.
